Some stories begin far away, in beautiful lands rich of culture and history combined with breataking views of Aegean deep blue sea . This time, the story brought us to Greece and in the volcano island of Santorini with the white houses and famous blue domes. A wonderful couple from England choose this magical place to celebrate their love. The day starts in Aegean plaza in Kamari with bridal preparation. The bride had a beautiful idea for a wedding newspaper that included all the information about the schedule, and each bridesmaid received one to use for their preparation photos. We really like the bridal room as it was minimal with not many details and colours.
The groom’s preparation was also in the same hotel in which makes our work much easier to not run from one hotel to another. This is also my advice to any couple that if they want to win time in their wedding photography to have room in the same hotel.
The ceremony took place in the amazing Santo Wines Winery with the great sea view, where guests were seated among this beautiful area with the imposing sea view and the famous volcano as a backdrop.
The wedding planner, Red Knot Weddings, did an excellent job organizing everything and ensuring the day went off without a hitch. Mary and Periklis from Red Knot Weddings supported the couple by overseeing every detail of the event, from managing the timeline to curating the overall design and taking care of the reception at Pyrgos Restaurant.
Natalie’s walking down the aisle was an emotional moment to remember, as groom was looking her, made even more magical by the warm Santorini sun-light. The celebrant Giannis Kavalaris welcome them and lead them to this romantic path. After the ceremony C & N had the time to relax and speak with their families and friends, and we always love those natural moments. When the guests starts to go to the reception area of Pyrgos Restaurant, we start shooting with our beautiful couple and we just tell them to enjoy the moment, feel the air, and we start photoshoot.
We went to the very beautiful area of Megalohori in Santorini with white washed houses, blue doors and traditional small paths which makes the pictures looks great.

We return in Pyrgos restaurant just in the time of sunset and the couple entrance was followed by their first dance and cutting the cake surrounded by a soothing atmosphere, offering stunning views of the Aegean Sea in the backdrop.

If you’re seeking a truly meaningful way to celebrate your love, there’s no place quite like Santorini, where romance is seamlessly embedded in the very landscape.
